Shane earned a B.S. in Engineering from Montana State University and an Associate Constructor (AC) Certification from the American Institute of Constructors. He has more than 30 years of experience in construction with an emphasis in educational, institutional, and public agency facilities. One of the founders of Hulteng CCM, Inc., Shane is an expert in the Alternative Project Delivery Contracts and specializes in GCCM program within the public domain. Under his leadership, the company has achieved unparalleled expertise in school bond and building reserve projects across Montana and Wyoming. In total, the company has successfully managed over $1 billion in public and private projects.

Andy Becker
A lifelong Montanan, Andy brings nearly 30 years of construction expertise to bear in various different market sectors. Throughout the course of his career he has been able to successfully guide projects both large and small to successful outcomes. A Montana native, Andy studied Earth Science at Montana State University. His broad spectrum of construction experience spans several different sectors of the commercial construction market, including retail, hospitality, industrial, medical, and educational projects throughout the United States. Andy has worked in a variety of roles throughout his career, ranging from Project Superintendent in the field to Senior Project Manager. His diverse skill set enables him to oversee large, complex projects to successful outcomes. Andy is as comfortable talking nuts and bolts with a Field Superintendent as he is overseeing and managing multimillion dollar budgets as an Owner’s Construction Representative.

Tyson Watson
A Missoula native, Tyson Watson has a BS in Engineering from Montana Tech. Tyson’s expertise is in commercial construction, and every project he has worked on has been completed on time and within budget. Over his career, Tyson has served as office and field engineer, project engineer, estimator and project manager. He has experience across a wide array of projects, including higher education facilities, K-12 schools, municipal buildings, a state prison, airports, federal laboratories, pharmaceutical campus work, and within healthcare facilities. Tyson’s specialties include cost estimating, preconstruction services, construction administration and scheduling. Tyson enjoys working together with all members of the project team for the common goal of delivering a successful project.

Rich Whitney
Rich Whitney has more than 35 years of experience in all phases of construction management and facilities oversight. For 15 years, Rich served as the Facilities Administrator for Billings Public School District #2. During that time, Rich oversaw the completion of more than $100 million in construction projects. Moreover, 29 of 31 schools earned EPA ENERGY STAR status, placing them in the top 25 percent of energy efficient schools nationwide and generating an annual utility savings of more than $650,000. A Montana native, Rich holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Montana State University.

Alec Pinero
Alec Pinero brings over a decade of hands-on and managerial construction experience to his role at Hulteng CCM, Inc., with a focus on alternative delivery GC/CM projects across educational, healthcare, public, and commercial sectors.
A graduate of Montana State University with a B.S. in Construction Engineering Technology, Alec began his career in the field as a commercial pipefitter, giving him critical real-world experience that continues to inform his work today. This practical foundation has been instrumental in Alec’s success as a Project Manager, where he has directly overseen more than $70 million in GC/CM in construction projects spanning both public and private sectors.
Alec’s expertise includes both alternative delivery and hard bid projects, and he is known for detail-driven, budget discipline, and commitment to owner-focused results. He holds multiple professional certifications including Associate Constructor (AC), Post Tensioning Institute (PTI), and ACT Tilt-Up Certification.

Kristine Trawinski
With more than two decades of administrative and operational experience, Kristine Trawinski serves as the organizational backbone of Hulteng CCM, Inc. As Office Manager, she ensures the smooth daily operation of the firm — supporting project managers, coordinating documentation, and maintaining the high level of accuracy and efficiency that complex construction environments demand.
Prior to joining Hulteng CCM, Kristine attended The Appraisal Institute – Chicago Chapter and became a Certified Real Estate Appraiser and Review Appraiser in the state of Illinois where she managed multi-family properties and performed professional leasing, consulting and appraisal reviews. Her background in managing fast-paced business operations is invaluable in supporting Hulteng CCM’s mission to deliver high-performing construction management services throughout Montana and beyond.
