Hulteng CCM served as the Owner’s Construction Representative managing more than 400 projects including the design and construction of two new middle schools, renovation/expansion of two historic elementary schools and multiple energy enhancement/facility upgrades throughout the district, plus upgrades to multi-sport stadium.

Since 2003, Hulteng CCM has diligently served Billings Public Schools as Owner’s Construction Representative on a vast spectrum of projects. From extensive renovations/additions to historic elementary schools (McKinley and Broadwater), constructing new facilities (Medicine Crow and Ben Steele), improvements and upgrades to existing District facilities, to countless deferred maintenance projects, we work with the District from start to finish.
